After ten years of existence as a Fellowship, ABA realized that the solution we have found to anorexia and bulimia needed to be written down and shared with others. In 2002 we published this textbook containing our program. Painstakingly written by ABA members, one of whom is a previously published author, this textbook contains all the information essential to recovery from anorexia and bulimia using the addiction model and the Twelve-Step Program. The book has been professionally edited and formatted.
